Given 1 in 10 women quit because of their symptoms – it’s an important initiative to introduce.

As a male HR practitioner, I’d feel much more comfortable attempting to support someone going through menopause, after going through this course. I’d never even heard of Peri prior to going through the course.

Very helpful tool to help senior management understand the issue and also increase understanding and tolerance of younger and male staff. Pitched well too – playful but informative.
